The common home inspection is a structural, mechanical and electrical review of all visual and accessible building components in accordance with the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Standard of practice.

Home Inspection service areas in Colorado include the following:

  • All Denver area and surrounding suburbs

  • Summit County Colorado including Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon

Inspection services in the areas noted above do not include any additional travel fee. All other areas of Colorado will include a travel expense in addition to the inspection rate.
